John Cena: Sued By Ford For Selling $500k Supercar

John Cena: Sued By Ford For Selling $500k Supercar

John Cena Sued by Ford for Selling $500k Supercar

EXCLUSIVE

John Cena is on Ford’s $#&% list for allegedly flipping his new $500k ’17 Ford GT — violating a contract with the company — and they’re takin’ him to court.

According to the lawsuit filed in U.S. District Court in Michigan, Cena was “selected from thousands of applicants for the opportunity to purchase the Ford GT.”

Ford says Cena signed a deal in which he agreed to hold onto the car for at least 2 years … prior to unloading it.

However, Ford claims, soon after receiving the car, Cena flipped it for a big profit.

“Mr. Cena has unfairly made a large profit from the unauthorized resale flip of the vehicle, and Ford has suffered additional damages and losses, including, but not limited to, loss of brand value, ambassador activity, and customer goodwill due to the improper sale.”

Ford is demanding that Cena hands over all the profit from the sale, as well as other damages.

According to the suit, for his part, Cena told the company he sold the car, along with other property, to pay bills.

FYI — Cena ain’t the only celeb who’s had the GT … Justin Verlander and Joey Logano also own the whip.

Rick Pitino Sues Louisville For $38 MILLION!!

Rick Pitino Sues Louisville … You Owe Me $38 MILLION!!

Breaking News

Rick Pitino is suing the University of Louisville Athletic Association for 38 MILLION DOLLARS … claiming they breached his contract when they gave him the ax in October.

In the lawsuit — filed in U.S. District Court — Pitino’s attorney is attempting to recoup the $4.3 million his client was to make each year through 2026 … 9 seasons worth of salary.

The suit states that the ULAA — the part of the University that oversees athletics — didn’t give Pitino a 10-day notice prior to firing him — as his attorney says was mandated by his contract.

This ain’t the first suit Pitino’s team has fired off … last month they sued Adidas for terminating their multi-million dollar deal with the coach.

SVU Sneak Peek: Benson Gets a Huge Shock From Noah

SVU Sneak Peek: Benson Gets a Huge Shock From Noah

If there’s one thing Law & Order: SVU fans know it’s this: Don’t mess with Mama Bear Benson. Looks like Brooke Shields‘ character is about to find that out the hard way.

In the above sneak peek from “Intent,” the Wednesday, Dec. 6 episode, Benson (Mariska Hargitay) and Sheila Porter (Shields) meet on the street after Sheila picks up Noah (Ryan Buggle). Things between these two women have been tense since Sheila entered the picture and revealed herself as Noah’s biological grandmother, but it appears Benson has let her guard down…for now.

“You’re staying for dinner, I hope,” Benson says to Sheila.

Sheila passes, and Benson tells her, “You know that you’re welcome any time.”

But that’s about to change. Click play on the video above to see what Noah tells Benson about Sheila. The look on Benson’s face says it all.

“The character of Shelia Porter and I have this insanely, intense, complex storyline that is excruciating to navigate and so human with everyone having a valid point of view,” Hargitay told E! News during a visit to the SVU set. “It just explores so much and I’m very excited. And it’s definitely unknown territory.”

“You’ve got these two women, whose axis on which their whole world right now is turning is Noah and it’s how they navigate that, how they challenge it and what they represent to the other one,” Shields told us.

“It’s interesting and quite a ride,” Hargitay said. Hear more from the stars above.

“Intent,” the fall finale of SVU, sees the cops getting wrapped up an elaborate online hoax.

Law & Order: SVU airs Wednesdays, 9 p.m. on NBC.

(E! and NBC are both part of the NBCUniversal family.)

Fake Britney Spears Manager Swindles RCA Records (UPDATE)

Fake Britney Spears Manager Swindles RCA Records (UPDATE)

Britney Spears Alleged Impostor Swindled Label Swiped Unreleased Music

EXCLUSIVE

Someone crook pretended to be Britney Spears‘ manager and got her record label to send a bunch of yet-to-be-released music … TMZ has learned..

According to docs obtained by TMZ … the suspect impersonated Larry Rudolph, Brit’s longtime manager, and emailed RCA Records to ask for tracks that at the time were unreleased. The person went so far as to create larry.rudolph@aol.com … which is not Larry’s actual email address.

Didn’t matter … RCA reps got duped and uploaded 49 digital files.

In all, law enforcement says the culprit nabbed 12 tracks intended for Britney’s album, “Glory,” which was released in August 2016 … shortly after this caper.

Law enforcement obtained search warrants in October 2016 and June 2017 to search AOL and Microsoft records for the suspect’s email account — and they now have a suspect. They say he’s an attorney who’s studying intellectual property law at UCLA. There goes the Dean’s List … allegedly.

The case is still under investigation. We spoke to the suspect, and his attorney, and they say the authorities have the wrong guy.

It’s Official: Johnny Galecki Returning to Roseanne

It’s Official: Johnny Galecki Returning to Roseanne

Johnny Galecki, 2017 CMT Music Awards

Michael Loccisano/Getty Images For CMT

Rest easy Roseanne fans, David is back. Johnny Galecki‘s return to the revived sitcom was announced via Instagram, naturally. It’s 2017 after all.

Executive producer Whitney Cummings shared a snap of Galecki’s official chair on set of Roseanne, announcing to the world that yes, David and Darlene will be back together (at least on screen). The status of their relationship—or any of the relationships on Roseanne, you all remember that original series finale twist—have yet to be revealed. In case you don’t remember that twist, the series ended with Roseanne Conner (Roseanne Barr) revealing the series was fictionalized, it was her writing. Darlene (Sara Gilbert) and David weren’t actually together, Jackie (Laurie Metcalf) was a lesbian and Dan (John Goodman) was really dead.

Galecki’s return to the series was long assumed, but never confirmed. He’s currently starring on CBS’s The Big Bang Theory. At the 2017 TCA summer press tour, ABC said discussions were still ongoing with the actor.

Roseanne returns for a nine-episode new season in 2018. It’s unclear how many episodes Galecki will appear. Shameless star Emma Rose Kenney was cast as the daughter of David and Darlene for the series. Along with Galecki, Metcalf, Gilbert, Barr and Goodman, returning cast for Roseanne includes Lecy Goranson, Sarah Chalke and Michael Fishman. Chalke, who played Becky when Goranson went to college, will also appear in a different role.

“The Conners’ joys and struggles are as relevant—and hilarious—today as they were then, and there’s really no one better to comment on our modern America than Roseanne,” ABC’s Channing Dungey said in a statement when the revival was officially announced.

How did this all come about? “I think what happened was, John Goodman went on The Talk, Sara Gilbert’s show, and they did a little parody, like a 30-seconds parody and it went over really well,” Metcalf told Stephen Colbert on The Late Show. “Then one of the anchors on the show asked John if he would consider doing a reunion and he said, ‘Of course I would.'”

Roseanne returns in 2018.

A$AP Bari Sued for Sexual Assault

A$AP Bari Sued for Sexual Assault

A$AP Bari Sued for Sexual Assault

EXCLUSIVE

A$AP Bari, one of the co-founders of the A$AP Mob, is being sued for sexual assault by a woman he exposed naked in a viral video … TMZ  has learned.

The woman filed the lawsuit anonymously, as Jane Doe, and says the attack happened on July 9 in a London hotel where some members of the Mob were staying. According to the docs, Bari bursted into the room where Doe was sleeping and yelled, “You f**ked my assistant, now you are going to f**k me.”

She says she screamed no, but he pulled the sheets off to expose her. In the docs, she says Bari and a friend were both recording the humiliating scene with their phones. In fact, the graphic video shot by Bari’s friend went viral briefly before most sites took it down.

Doe, who is represented by Marty Singer, says she fled to a bathroom as Bari continued yelling, “I’m going to f**k you, you are going to suck my d**k.” In the docs, she says she was terrified she would be raped and begged him to let her go. She says he eventually threw her out naked into a hotel hallway.

She says she reported the incident to hotel security and asked them to call cops … and according to the docs, officers arrived and deleted the video from A$AP Bari’s phone. It’s unclear why they would do that, but that’s what she’s claiming.

She believes Bari attacked her because she rejected him the night before in a nightclub. In the suit, she says Bari’s attorney pressured her to release a joint statement saying there was no assault. She refused, and is now suing him for more than $1 million.

Mariska Hargitay & Chris Meloni’s Reunion Proves Christmas Came Early

Mariska Hargitay & Chris Meloni’s Reunion Proves Christmas Came Early

It’s the holiday present we didn’t know we needed, until now!

On Thursday night, the Christmas season got brighter for Law & Order: SVU fans when two unforgettable co-stars reunited.

Ladies and gentlemen, are we ready to see Christopher Meloni and Mariska Hargitay together again?

“‘Tis the season…” Mariska shared on Instagram with a selfie. “Ran into this #HAPPY man.” But wait, there’s more!

Christopher posted a separate—and clearer—photo of the reunion with the message, “#Friends #Seehappy #jingleHells.”

The two reunited at The Skinny on Orchard Street for the launch party of Christopher’s new Syfy series Happy!.

The series follows a degenerate ex-cop whose life is forever changed by a relentlessly positive, imaginary friend and premieres December 6.

As fans recall, Christopher and Mariska starred as Detectives Elliot Stabler and Olivia Benson, respectively, for 12 seasons of SVU.

And while the show never took this pair’s relationship into something more romantic, the duo had chemistry that fans will never forget.

“She was always ready for anything new…There was always an unspoken shorthand to what we were doing. That makes it just so much easier, and off camera as well,” Christopher told James Lipton on Inside the Actors Studio. “There’s a lot to be said for that when you’re working with someone for 16 hours a day, you better get along when the cameras aren’t rolling as well as when it is. That was priceless, I think for both of us.”

Law & Order: SVU airs Wednesday nights at 9 p.m. on NBC.
